Return and Refund Policy:

All CUSTOM ORDERS are final. No exchanges or refunds allowed.

For merchandise, all sales are final. If item is damaged during shipping, pictures MUST be provided, wherein it is up to the managers discretion for exchange opportunity. For exchanges on merchandise only, exchange MUST be same item, or same dollar amount as original order, if original purchase is unavailable.
